As the fabric is 100% pure new British Wool, it is naturally hard wearing and flame retardant plus the added benefit that you can choose either side to feature on your furniture.

The traditional double cloth design is reversible so you can decide which face best fits the mood of your room or ring the changes from season to season.

Care Instructions

  • We recommend DRY CLEANING the cushion, but you can WASH BY HAND in cold or cool water (no more than 30 degrees) using a delicate detergent.

  • Move the fabric gently in the water for a couple of minutes.

  • RINSE with cold water and press the excess moisture out – don’t wring.

  • Follow with a quick SPIN in the washing machine.

  • Pull into shape whilst damp to straighten, then line dry on a breezy day or dry flat. Cool iron if necessary.

  • We do not advise using a Wool Wash programme on your washing machine for blankets and throws.

    Interesting facts...wool can absorb 30% of its weight in water before feeling wet so you may need to use the bath for king-sized blankets! Leaving in water for a length of time will damage the fibres, felting and shrinking the fabric.
