Porcelain Jar with Miniature Houses by Berangere Noyau

These porcelain jars by Ceramicist Berangere Noyau are decorated with a handle made of miniature houses on the lid and are the perfect container to store your many treasures, food or otherwise. They are glazed inside, and the outside is sanded after a single firing to obtain a very smooth tactile surface. 

Large: 1000 ml

Small: 200 ml

Berangere Noyau crafts these simple, playful pieces in her quaint ‘atelier ceramique’ an hour south of Paris in a village between the forest and the Seine.  We believe her when she says patience and determination is put to the test in the skilful throwing of her exquisite porcelain tableware on the potter’s wheel.
